I activated service but my public mobile eSIM is not downloading. I bought a physical sim but to activate it I need a 2FA, which won’t work because my eSIM isn’t functioning. I tried contacting support but that also needs a 2FA and that won’t work because again, my eSIM isn’t working.

Hello.
Did you check your settings to confirm it didn't download? Just wondering as I've heard of people saying it didn't download to find out it did and just needed to activate it as the primary service and then restarted. Confirm?
