Activate new SIM card on existing account

Trying to activate new SIM card, when I put the number in it goes onto create a new account. I already have one and want to use my same phone number

@Groovo88   no, you don't to go Activate site to activate your new sim card

 

Instead, you  login to My Account using only a desktop or laptop computer (There is a problem with this portion of the mobile site, so, it won't work on mobile phone or tablet)  Click Quick Links and then click Change SIM card, enter the new sim card number and complete the step
