Hi, I just set up a new plan and when I try to activate it requires me to download the app on my phone but I am not able to due to regional settings I cant change. Please could I get some help and confirm this plan is set for British Columbia.

App is required as final step in activation.
Some suggested to find a friend who can download an app and finish registration that way. I hope somebody will confirm that so please wait a bit for more replies/suggestions!

you can ask a friend to help to download the app and complete the activation
or better way is to ask support agent to help. Since you already past the payment step, you can submit a ticket and agent would help
