I need help changing my method of payment as i cannot sign into my account have tried for 2 months to change password please help

@Paulh1970 did you try using incognito mode to login My Account?
if that does not help, you will need to open ticket with PM support using Chatbot
1. Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"

Clear your browser cache and open a new browser window in incognito for self service pw change.
If still issues contact an agent.
