My account is blocked because somehow my payment didn’t go through. I’m not able to log back in, so I can’t change my payment information. I need this to be fix today because I use this number for my work.

get to 7/11 and get some payment vouchers, then dial 611 to add 'em to reactivate your acct. Shell gas has them too.

remove your phone number first, this is just a Community of customers, you don't need to post your phone number
and quickest way to get your service back first is to get a voucher from Shoppers Drug Mart and then load the voucher using *611 or 1-855-4PUBLIC
