3 issues:
1. I always receive a text that the account is due in X number of days - this was not received - nor was the account due at the date it was suspended - I only found out due to the debit from bank account
2. I noted that funds were debited from my bank account without authorization as the account is NOT on PAP
3. the amount owing as per the website is not correct given the funds debited from my account - why would I pay twice?

@Leela31 If your renewal is today and your account says suspended and your services still work it’s safe to ignore this messages .also note there are times when two charges can appear on credit card for the same charge one is pending while the other has posted in this case the lending charge will drop off

1. Yes those texts can be hit and miss.
2. When did you activate? If after last July then PAP is turned on automatically. Did you turn it off?
3. Log in using private mode and also maybe click on all the little spinner refresh icons you see below (not browser refresh).
