Sorry, being new on here is weird LOL. I always just bought time at my store and THEY applied it to my account. Never had an account before! It is good, but - strange

I like the thought that I can add MY time on my computer!! Never understood the possibilities before LOL. Thanks

Note, if you have been a customer for years, and you are still on the old rewards program, I suggest you stay on the old rewards program. 

Unless you see benefit otherwise going to the new Public Points rewards.

I have my account set up, I'm just saying that I've had my phone for SEVERAL years and never knew I HAD an account, I just bought time and added it when I bought it. Or my store would add it

You were using instant top up at store?

 

So, You don't have My Account setup?  

Please set up one , click on Register Now and follow the prompt to open ticket with CS agent and they will assit
