Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

So the issue is that my credit card changed and plublic was uable to get my payment for april 2023. I tryed resetting my password to make the payment but never recieved an email. I have been trying everything but it doesn’t work. Why is it so hard to get into contact with someone forom the company. Im an old man and navigating all this technology is impossible for me.

I need help!!!

if you tried to self reset password and didn't work, open ticket with PM support and they can help 

 

 

1.  Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
