Trying to activate a new account and it will not accept my date (the day) of birth. Says invalid dog. Tried _5, 5 ,05, 5th won't accept any other number either. Any help on this one?

Disastrous third attempt as pm fumbled the ball at the goal line. I had go completely shut down...
Restart tablet, clear browser, incognito mode, out of cocktails, cat nap, hour finally over....pep talk,
Recover the ball, run down the field, overcame failed tackles....4th quarter touchdown!!!!!!!
Success!!!!! Telus number ported...!!! I did It!!! Xxxxxbravos for moral support from chuck !

@darlicious, I would start by checking the credit card for a payment. If a payment has not been posted, there is no way the activation went through. Assuming there has been no payment made, try the activation process again after the session lock ends (about 1 hour). This time clear browser cache before proceeding or use incognito mode. If a payment has been charge, you cannot attempt another activation on that SIM card. In this situation, you will need moderator team assistance to sort things out. The moderator team can be reached via private message using using smartforms which is initiated by clicking on the ? on the lower right corner of the webpage. The guided process will facilitate documentation of the issue or concern and the required resolution. This will speed up problem resolution significantly. Refer to this announcement link for additional details on smartforms and the ticketing system for moderator team interactions.

@darlicious the phone says invalid sim or when you try to activation process again you get invalid sim? if its the activation process it usually clears in an hour.

what phone are you using?
are you abel to try the sim in differet phone to see if you get a similar message.

Third time Lucky? Not...everything going perfect then when I hit payment it went to server error-file not found. What could have possibly gone wrong this time? SIM card in phone turned off and on. Says invalid SIM. It's a telus phone but not unlocked but shouldn't be an issue. Now I'm frustrated.

Btw...i did go to help...hurled a little profanity at Simon, went to ask a question, asked for knowledge base, asked for activation forms/promo code box...and was brought to the article that showed me where it is....on the choose a plan page...Duh!
At least I've studied enough community posts in the last couple of weeks that I'm pretty much making my own solutions to my own problems. I can't solve myself though....so does this make my problem forever unsolvable? Really I'm just killing time here.....

The cocktails worked....until I panicked. Thought I missed the promo code box for RBCREWARDS.
By going back and checking where it was I messed up my session.
PUBLIC MOBILE -1 DARLICIOUS - 1
Clear browser, turn on secret mode, pour several large cocktails, wait one hour...repeat.
