Account remains suspended even after payment

Hi my accound will not reactivate even after monthly payment. Last month everything was good, it hasn't been 90 days so why is my account suspended? I never had this problem before.

Hi @Cyrius720 reboot your phone and check if your have service 


and check My Account again using Incognito/Private/Secret browsing mode and check if account status is active 


if still suspended and no service, submit a ticket with CS agent 

at :

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM


If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
