Hi my account is right now suspended and I would like to pay for my overdo payment and resolved this matter.

Resuming service on a suspended Public Mobile account does not require a new SIM card. A payment needs to be made on your existing Public Mobile account.

Thank you for the information I will do that right away. It tells me for my address postal code and they're going to be sending me a new SIM card? Can I still keep my same phone number?

You can log into your account and make a manual payment. Here's a direct link.

The above link only allows a customer to disable/enable autopay or to update the card infromatoin. It doesn't allow a manual payment to be made.

Sign into your account and click pay and resume services.

Or if you have a credit card on file already you can call *611 and pay that way.
Or purchase a voucher from a service station or supermarket that sells Public Mobile Vouchers and load to account.
