My partner and I just got messages that our accounts are on hold due to an "unresolved issue with your payment". Our payments came out on the 27th and I can see the transaction on our credit cards, public mobiles payment history is blank though and now we do not have phone service. Help?!

Why am I getting messages that my account is on hold? I’m away on holidays using us roaming which I have paid for. My visa has not expired?

Yes! The texts were so slow. I still have service but did get the message and also have a billing date of jan27

Just received same notice...went on-line myself through my site and everything looks great payment wise...Obviously a scam..

You and me both, my phone was also ultra slow to receive texts when it happened. (About 10ish minutes when PM sent me my login code to get in here) So I assume that public mobile is currently undergoing some service/performance issues on their end at the current moment.

@dan76  every now and then Public Mobile does send out incorrect information like this. So if your sure that you are infact paid up and your account is working,  you can ignore the message.

click on the orange bubble, lower right side of page to start conversation with Customer Support. Give them account #, ph #, name of acct and PM pin #.

Just got a text from PM saying my account is on hold due to payment issue... but I paid on the 27th (two days ago) and it shows on my dashboard. The text wasn't a scam or a phishing site; it's directly from PM. Message reads: "Public Mobile here. Your account has been placed on hold due to an unresolved issue with your payment. To resume your services, simply log in to the Public Mobile app or My Account online at publicmobile.ca/sl/16mlCLByPl and update your payment details."

I got the same, payment on the 27th as well. Went through on my end and I still have service so I’m thinking some sort of glitch?
