After 3 hours you can also try logging into your rewards account instead. It uses the same log in credentials as your self serve account but you can view your password before submitting it.

If you tried too many incorrect passwords, your account is locked out for 3 hours. After 3 hours, you can try to reset your password.

If not working, you will need to customer service agent (CSA).
Submit a ticket for CSA help

CSA may ask a few questions to verify account ownership and then should be able to help you. Response times can take a few hours. Check your private message inbox (envelope in upper right corner of website).
Most CSA are not working at this time of day, so you may not receive a response until morning. sometime.
