I am locked out of my account after 3 log in attempts

you can try Forgot your password visit Here link, and enter your email address,

or you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agentand Explain your issue to 
they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

and them will reset for you,

Could it be that simple?

That is why I always use log-in assistant 'app'. Never had to reset any password anywhere...

@DuMoulin17  Yes, wait the hour and try again.  If still fail, use the Forgot Password function

 

If you really need to open a ticket with PM to have them reset for you , you can follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

 

  1.  At Chatbot, type: Forgot log in information
  2. Click "Contact Us"
  3. Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  4. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

 

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

Is your CAP key on?

Wait at least an hour and then try to log in again using different browser. If you start getting error messages (incorrect password) try to reset your password.

You will need to answer security questions, though.

Did you try the forgot password link ?

Try using a different browser and incognito mode.  Also try clearing your cache and cookies then reboot.  Also try waiting an hour then try logging in again.

 

If you still need assistance then submit a ticket to a CSA.
