Account locked out, unable to answer security question

Hello,

 

I am trying to change my payment method, it seems like I have forgotten my password and security questions and currently locked out of my account.

 

Please help me get this sorted out

this is a public forum.  Please click on the 3 dots and edit the post and remove the phone number

 

 

you can open  a ticket with mod to reset the password 

 

To open a ticket with mod, click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot
Enter your question in SIMon. Follow the prompts until you reach the Contact Us button,

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):

This is a public forum, please edit your post to remove any personal information. To edit it, hit the 3 dots at top, right of your post.

 

You could try waiting an hour to try to access your account again after it gets unlocked. when you do, try opening a tab in incognito mode.

 

If still having issues, ask Moderators to get you back in to your account.
