Hi,
my daugther is locked out of her account completely. Waiting for hours or even days did NOT work.
I tried to get to an agent to solve this, but no way.
Hopefully, someone here in that forum can point me to a solution.

did you try using both the app and the browser? if you are using the browser, try using Incognit/private/secret mode on the browser and try on different browsers as well
But if you really cannot login still, support agent can help. You said "no way", was that you just cannot submit ticket?
please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
