Hi there,
One of my public mobile accounts is locked. Every time I try to sign in and even after I update my password successfully, it doesn't let me log in. How do I fix this?

HI @Tofu14 It said account locked? you need to wait an hour.
Maybe try on a difference device after.

@Tofu14 This just happened to me . I had wait the hour . Go to login put in email .forgot password get code sent to email and verify . Create new password. Have another code sent to phone verify . Then I was logged in

@Tofu14 wait a full hour before trying to login again
After the hour wait, try to reset password and login on a browser using incognito mode. Or you can try using the app if it still fails
