My data is no longer working and when I consult the Subscription Usage tab it says I have used all of my data. However, when I View Usage History and when I look through my phone, I have only used a fraction of my available data. What is going on?
I've seen the suggestions to refresh the data usage by clicking the icon in the bottom right of the Sub Usage window. That is not the solution I'm looking for. Please help!

@Flyboy1969 - does your phone have a data limiter set on it? If you reached this limit, it will automatically not allow you to use data any longer. Check your settings and adjust this if on, or turn it off.
Call 611 to confirm your data balance remaining; this will include any plan or addon remaining balances on your account.

@Flyboy1969 to rule out issue with browser cache, please login My Account again using Incognito mode to confirm.
While you are there, check the current cycle start date
Then on your phone, if you are using Android, check the Mobile Data usage page, change the cycle start date to match your current cycle start date and see how much usage it shows

@Flyboy1969 Usage gets updated 2x a day so your only seeing the previous 12 hours used

simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons
