I try and reset my password and it accepts the password and then shows my account is locked. I waited the 3 hours, 24 hours etc and nothing. Can someone help?

try again using Incognito mode to request password reset and login. If that still does not work, you will have no choice but ask agent to help:

@PamN - Maybe try resetting cookies? Also try using another browser / device. Also use incognito / secret / private mode.
