My phone was stolen and I can't get into my account without it. How can I put a hold on my account until I can get my number transferred to a new sim card?

@Briggske , you should be able to login to your online account and receive 2FA code to your registered email address. Once in the account, you can register your phone as lost/stolen which will put the account on hold until you can obtain a new SIM card to replace the current one registered in the account. If you are having issues with this, use the chatbot link to initiate a support ticket.
