Hi, I’m wondering if there’s anything anyone can do for me with the issue that my plan automatically topped up but I did not want it to. I was closing this account

There are 2 options to close your account:
1- Port your old number to another carrier.
2- Stop payment and your account is suspended for 90 days.
Login to account and disable AutoPay.
It might be better to continue service for another 30 days then port out.

Unfortunately, this is a prepaid service and there generally are no refunds. If you haven't already done so, please go into your Self Serve acccount to disable pre-authorized payments. After 90 days of account suspension, the account will automatically be closed.
