Hi,
I just activated my public mobile sim and choose $40 minutes and put the $43 top up card today and its saying my account is suspended and my plan is expired

@jeffchampion If you just activated, I am not sure why your account would be suspended. When you login to your self-serve account, do you see $43 account balance? What plan do you have?

So you do not have any service right now? You should contact the mods if you just signed up and have no service.
