Hello,
I had activated new public sim, a 90 days plan for $126 with auto pay and a $10 additional on November 8, 2016. However, today December 8, my phone stopped working.When I checked my account, it has been suspended for no money and the sim is in a plan of $171. It took my extra $10 too. Before it was showing, my next payment date as February 8 and amount $135- scheduled change in plan. I do not know what happened now.

Shazia looked into my case. Now my sim is working good and it shows correct plan details.

My husband had issues when he activated his sim. He had to wait for a week to get the sim working after payment. To me, this issue occured in the middleof use. I can not make or recieve calls and texts.
Moderators,please help me. How can I make payment now (like the system says) as I had already paid for three months!

This must be system messed up. It can be fixed by mod only.
Hope they dont have much back log as before.
