I lose my service every month just before my autoPay debits my account. I don't understand what my account debits mean. It loos like my balance goes to zero on the same day PM debits my credit card. What do the two debits - one for $10 and one for $5 - mean??

@Duffer99 public mobile is a 30 day service. your renewal date will change from time to time. especially when there are 31 days in the current month.

but it doesn't. My monthly renewal date is the 2nd and when I tried to text someone this morning - No Service!

The account statement can be confusing. The debit usually comes in different parts depending on your plan, but it should total your plan cost. As long as your phone continues to work throughout the renewal date, you should be fine.
