Hi I need help getting my account number but I have no access to my online account.

hi @BINHNAM check if you get any email from PM when you joined, there could be account number in the Welcome email
if you cannot find it, then you will need access to My account and get it from there
To get access back to My Account, please open ticket at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

To get access to your account you'll have to get help from a Customer Support Agent.
Use the Chatbot Simon to get a service ticket started first.
Or send a private message to CS_Agent

@BINHNAM try to use the Reset Password link there. out in the possible email address used

@BINHNAM @Try logging in again in incognito mode there’s is cache issues
