Hi I did ask to put my account on hold for 90 days but am now trying to reactivate it. How can I go about it?

Has it been 90 days or just over since account has been suspended? It may be beyond the window to get your account back.

After adding fund to your account according to the instruction provided by hTideGnow , click the "Reactivate current plan" link to reactive your account.
PM server accepts full amount of your plan without the your rewards. Make sure that the amount of available fund in your account to pay for your plan.
After reactivation, restart your phone to get you phone working again.

Click plan & add-ons then lost/stolen then Resume.

Unfortunately I can only see "reactivate your current plan" but not "resume my service"

HI@eb06000 This is an open forum , please remove email address
Go to your My Account and first remove the Lost/Stolen by clicking Resume the service.
Then go to Payment Tab, One-Time Payment, use the option "Other " and pay your current plan amount
Once paid, first logoff My account and log back in after 2 minutes and check if account shows Active. Then reboot your phone and try to make calls
