Hello,
My mobile got stolen. I have a new mobile now and bought a SIM Card. I need to swop my number to this card now for this I need to access my account. The problem is that when I login with my name + password its sends a Code to my stolen mobile and I cant access my account anymore.
What should I do now?
Thank you, Theresa

you tried to have the code to send to email?
If you have already created an EverSafe id, you can ask the code to send to email instead
On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Resend code and then choose Send email
If that didn't work, Try these workarounds, it could bypass the SMS in linking My Account with EverSafe ID
If none of those workarounds helps, please open ticket with support by direct message here:

after several unsuccessful tries to send code to you by SMS, it'll offer your code by email.
