I cannot log in to my PM account because I need to enter the phone verification code which I have never received. I did get my email verification code which was valid. However, it continue to ask for the phone verification code which I don't have. What are my options? Thanks

If you tap Resend Code, it will give you the option to send 2FA code by email, text or calling.

@RC007 Tap resend code a few times you should get option to send cod to email again instead . If no luck . Please submit ticket with support to help you re gain access to your account
