Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I’ve been with public mobile for over 3 years. I just set my boyfriend up with a SIM card and plan from public mobile last week and had to make us both EverSafe IDs for the new app and our information is all mixed up. Like I have to sign into my account with his email now instead of mine?? And it won’t let me change anything. Help!!

HI @Kate7   you might be checking both accounts on the same browser

Try to loaunch a Incognito/Private/Secret mode and login to one account first and see

It sounds like you messed something up creating the Eversafe ID's.  Did you do all of this from the same device or computer?    You will have to contact support to get this fixed.
