Account Active but no service

My account was suspended for one day late. I topped up using a voucher and now see that my status is active with payment being applied, yet I have no service. I have restarted the phone multiple times, as well as suspended / resumed service through the lost / stolen option yet cannot seem to get any service.

You will need to private message the Moderator_Team using the envelope icon in your account.  Response time is anywhere from one hour to 2 days depending upon how busy they are.
