Try using a different browser and incognitio mode. Clear your cache and cookies then reboot. Also try adding a $1 payment. If you still have problems then submit a ticket by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right

Try cycling phone off / on again.
Try adding $1 to your account.
Try the Lost / Stolen trick.
Log into My Account...does it say account is Active ?
Anything help ?
