Account Access Issues with Public Mobile

Everytime that I log in to access my account to fix a problem, I get redirected to the main page automatically. Do you want your customers to have access to their accounts? Now I cannot even sent a message to you. Do you really care about your customers at all?

This has nothing to do with the redirect by the web site. I am also a web designer and do my own encoding. It's a coding issue on the site itself

For safety and security reasons, I only use either Firefox or Brave web browsers which are MORE secure than Microsoft products.

To fix Public Mobile cache issues, try clearing your browser or app cache, using an incognito/private browser window, or refreshing the app by swiping down on the main screen. For persistent problems, you can also try logging in on a different device or browser, restarting your phone, or performing a network reset on your device.
