Ya. I thought using Authenticator app is cheaper for mobile carriers compare to sending SMS message which I can't receive indoors. 

Ya. It is sad that you can't go back to a lower plan. Only thing to do is to switch out out other providers I believe. 

Use EDGE or Chrome. No VPN.

If your monthly autopay setup is working I don't see anything wrong with it. But it is worth to try with a different credit card in case the existing one is over drawn. 

They are back to service now. But I still prefer picking up at store if possible.
