Just did, What if they refuse ?

Ahhh @Cookiemonster27

Did you get caught up in the alarming renewal messaging which displays on your self-serve account on the eve of renewal?

You're not the first, and probably won't be the last.

Make sure to let the customer support agents know the messaging confused and caused you to act and they will most certainly refund you the excess payment.

First one in payments history shows as autopay charge, second charge say Purchased $34 Phoenix 30GB ULCW Base Plan < this is the one I accidentally bought thinking my plan wasn't active.

Are you seeing the double charge on your CC statement or on your account.

If it is in your statement, check to see if the charges are pending or posted.

If it is in your account, the first amount is your current plan (non-charge).

The second amount is your Top-up amount (charge) for your monthly plan.
