Can I cancel one of my purchases?

@Elliottdenslow  - do you see the addon listed under you Add section or your Plan details section? If not, and the funds are still in your Available Funds area then you really didn't add it successfully. So, in this case leave the extra funds there to be used for other purchases or future renewals.

 

Otherwise, if you did add them on successfully, see other posts.

Did you purchase the same add on or 2 different ones.. I didn't realize you could get the same one until 24 hours after it is used up. Either way a CSA can definitely sort this out for you

Maybe you might use it inside 10 days. You can stack the different data add-ons and when one is done then it will use the other. But if you don't think you'll use the other before 10 days then as above.

HI @Elliottdenslow 

Open a ticket with PM CS Agent.  They can likely reverse the transaction and  move the fund back to your account for future use, like for your next add-on purchase or renewal.

 

To open ticket with PM , at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

  1. start by typing : Contact CS Agent
  2. then Click "Contact Us"
  3. then Click "Other"
  4. finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
    you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
