Accidentally deleted eSIM and can’t log in to cancel subscription

I accidentally cancelled my eSIM and I had 2fA on the phone so now I can’t even log in to cancel my plan/subscription. Any advice.

When I chose send email it then still asks for phone number from the email.  I have sent private msg.  I appreciate your quick reply!!

yes, you need to disable Autopay from My Account > Payment > Manage Subscription, and toggle off Subscribed there

To login My Account without the 2FA SMS ,  you can ask the code to send to email instead
On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Didn't get the code? or  Resend code and then choose Send email

If you still unable to get the code, ask PM support to remove the credit card for you by messaging them.  Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
