I have made the switch to freedom mobile for their $24 for 4GB 4G service.
The problem now is, I cannot seem to access my wife and children's accounts using the email's set up for them.
How do I get the account # associated with their accounts if I cannot log on?
I need their account #'s in order to move them over to Freedom as well.
Or are their account #'s the same as mine?

@Beagles Yes, each account has to have a different email address.

Each account at PM would have had a different email account. If you still cannot access contact an agent.
