I signed my Kid up for a plan with her email address and put the sim in my phone by accident. I cancelled the sim and bought another one but can’t get into her account. The log in sends the code but I can’t ever get passed they part. Please help!

did you use esim or hard sim ? How did you cancel the first sim ? If it's a hard sim, put it back in her phone and give it a try. It could still work if activated successfully. If you mean esim...that's something else then.

did you try to click Didn't receive code and check if Send email is a choice??
if no email choice, then you need PM to help. You cannot open ticket with Chatbot at this stage, so message them here

How did you cancel the SIM card?
send a message to CSA through the link , they will help fixing this issue, they may return back to you by tomorrow
