Hi, I do not have access to my account. When I log in, it asks me for the code and when I put it in, the page I see is just the main page of Public Mobile. If I click on my account, it will just refresh the page.
Could some one help?

@heidivonmac I'm guessing here but is the page you see the one that says sharing is caring? If so you need to click on the > in a circle bottom left of the page in a browser, or a + in a circle bottom left if using the app, then you will get a menu with access to your profile, subscriptions etc.

Website is finicky and has caching issues.
You can try to login with a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Or you would try a different device or even the PM app.

@heidivonmac did you create an Eversafe ID? If not that's probably why. Message a cs agent atcthe link below to have them link it for you.
