I'm experiencing the same issue. Restarting my phone, turning my data on and off does nothing. There is no "SOS" tag where the 5G+ tag is. I cant text, access the web, or even call anybody.
The outage happened to me around 9:30am and has seen no change. I thought it was at my end, but after finding wifi and doing a bit of digging, I found out its being experienced all around right now. I'm just not sure why nobody has reported an outage in Ontario yet, though. Seems to only be in the west so far.
I wish I could be of more help with giving more information, but this is all I have for now. If you need anything more, dont hesitate to ask.

did you check if your account is active? and did you check any local outage?
