Access from another country.

Hi,

I travelled out of the country on family related emergency. Upon arrival I tried to roam but just realised those services are not offered in my location. Now I have set up certain accounts to verify my id using OTP messaging on my public mobile. Is there any way I can get the message. It’s for my school course and I have deliverables due this week. Pls help

Other than USA and Mexico. Roaming in other countries are not available.

Unfortunately you will have to wait until you return to Canada to receive any 2FA codes.

Sorry @Ecozee , PM has no roaming service other than US and Mexico.  You will have to contact the bank or the business and ask if they can change to email or authentication app for 2FA
