@MinnieMouse you sure you have not used them up yet?
Please login again using Incognio mode to confirm you were not ready old cached info
if you really have the data, reboot the phone once more
And if you are using Android, check if you have setup a data limit. Disable it
if you do have gift data available...it'll take over when you reach regular plan data limit.
@MinnieMouse it should kick in automatically after you use your 30 day cycle bucket of data
add try this also to see you have any left
