Hello,
In fact I did forget about my password and I tried too many times that my account has been desactivated.
What should I do to reconnect.
Otherwise how could I have my account number of the offer (14 digits) ?
This too urgent, please try to reach me out asap.

Contacting customer service agent usually takes a few hours for CSA to respond.
You can also check your initial welcome to public mobile email when you first activated your account. In the past, the address to section: contains your account number.

Follow recommendation as above; then when you get the info you need....write it all down and save it. Your PIN number as well.
Put the info in a safe place (wallet maybe), because you'll need it again sometime.

@fares_mallek Yes, account number can be found on Top right of My Account's Overview page
If you have locked out from your account, you will have to wait full 3 hours to try again. You can wait and try again and use Forgot Password link to try to reset it if it still does not work
If you still cannot self-reset the password and need help from PM support to reset it, here you are:
1. For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
