Hi, I’m trying to make a payment, but I don’t know how to log in. The phone number associated with the account is. Can you help me access it?

First and foremost, click the arrow in the box you typed in, click on EDIT and remove your number. These are not private forums.
When you try to log in, click on Forgot email address. See if that helps. And click on Forgot password.
If you're unable to get past this, contact customer service.

Please remove the phone number, we are just customers here
if you have setup Autopay, you shouldn't need to login to Pay. But in case you want to pay earlier or you missed a payment and need to resume service, just login My Account with the email and password you setup originally

If you cannot login, try using the Forgot password link. But if that still cannot get you into My Account, ask PM to help
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
