@FIRECOBRA If you have to update your credit/debit card information:
Overall the answer to change bank/card info is to navigate to the screen that user @Meow posted a picture of 7 comments above this. This is the address: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/en/account/overview
Alternatively, to get there on the computer you can:
1. Go to main site https://publicmobile.ca
2. Login on the top right.
3. Go to 'My Account' from your profile dropdown menu on the top right.
4.Click the 'Payments' tab click the button 'Manage Payment Method'.
5. From that page you can click 'Update Card Information' . This is also where you can enable 'Pre-Authorized Payments' to have the funds automatically charged to your card - note I am using the word 'card' where you may call it 'Banking Information', as your debit card would be tied directly to your bank.
6. Change details about your card, or add an entirely new one.

Or, if you are already on My Account what is the issue you are having? If too many failed attempts there could be a temporary lock on your account.

In order to do this, it’s best to login from a desktop or laptop device.
Then go under the payment tab and then manage your card. Make sure you are putting in a US or Canadian issued credit card or Visa/MasterCard debit.

You can purchase a voucher from these locations or purchase an e-voucher from recharge.ca:
Then dial 611 to enter the voucher number.

dial 611 to add $$ to your account using your credit card. You will need your 4 digit PM pin number.

@FIRECOBRA If your account is suspended and you know the PIN number you can 611 also if you get. A voucher you can 611 no pin needed
