Hi, just subscribed, almost got through the esim activation and it failed on the last step. I contacted my other provider to see if there's a port block and there was not. Now when I try to sign in it says A1 Forbidden. And I can't talk to support directly because I can't sign in. I've already tried clearing cache and everything and trying on a complete separate computer and the same thing happens.
Please help, I'd like to be a customer but I actually can't be at the moment.

try to uninstall , reboot and reinstall the app and try login again

For the esim, are you setting up on iPhone or Android? check the sim manager screen, the PM sim might already be there
