Because your account stores sensitive financial data, handles plan adjustments, and manages SIM swapping capabilities, Public Mobile sets a rapid session expiration window. If the system detects even a brief period of inactivity, it automatically kills the session to block unauthorized access.
The server uses an aggressive token validation system. If you do not actively click on a menu option, modify a plan feature, or trigger a payment page update within that short window, the system terminates the secure active session for user data privacy.
