It sounds like your phone is not reading the SIM. Remove the SIM and clean the contacts with a microfibre cloth and install back to the phone then reboot the phone.

To add, check your account to see if you're paid up. Sometimes, even if there is a credit card on file, the system can error and not make the payment on your behalf and you may need to manually do it.

Try Reboot phone and click Reset network settings
if you have a physical sim, test it on another phone
if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:
