I have not received a 611 message regarding my payments (prepaid) for the last number of months. Are they no longer sent?

You are not going to get any payment notifications. PM stopped sending text since the new app and website.
Best is to check by dialing 611 or 1-855-4PUBLIC for your renewal date.

PM no longer sends those remonders when you have a credit card set to Autopay. I think you get them still if you manually pay with vouchers or your credit card (w/o autopay enabled).

Yup, like @Handy1 said, they stopped. I can not confirm this but they shouldn't be going out to people who have credit cards set up on their accounts for auto pay or bank accounts. It should only be sent out to people who put credits in their accounts using vouchers. When their credit limit goes out, this text should go out. JMO.

@Geo5 PM stopped sending the bill payment text back in April this year
