Hi - I'm trying to make changes to my phone plan. Unable to make changes through selfserve online, message tells me to call *611. However, when I call *611, I get an error message saying I don't have long distance (which I do) and that I should call *611 to purchase an add-on, which I can not call.
Anyone encounter this problem before?
@CS_Agent, any advice?

Trying to move to a new PM plan from a legacy plan which self-serve does not allow you to do. It gives instructions to call 611 for assistance.

I think they are having issues with there service in general. The mods are slow to get back it seems, which may indicate wider spread issues. I am getting that same error that you are, but my plan just renewed today. Something is up...

Long distance is not needed to call 611.
What changes are you looking to make? Self-serve should allow you to purchase an add-on if that is what you are looking to do.
